2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange may be accepted if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
- The product has not been used, altered, or tampered with.
- The original invoice, packaging, and certificates of authenticity are intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Gold bars, coins, or jewelry purchased for investment purposes (price based on market rate) are non-refundable, except in cases of proven defect or authenticity issues.
- Items that have been custom-made, engraved, or specially ordered.
- Products that show wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
4. Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be made within 7–14 business days through the same payment method used for purchase.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the prevailing gold market rate at the time of return, not the original purchase price.
- A restocking fee of up to 5% may apply to cover handling and authentication costs.
5. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for securely shipping the product back to us.
- We recommend using insured and trackable courier services.
- We are not responsible for losses or damages during return transit.
6. Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, customers may opt to exchange their item for another of equal or higher value, subject to availability and inspection.
7. Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all gold sold is authentic and certified. In the rare case of a dispute, the item will be verified by an independent third-party assayer. If the product is found to be inauthentic, a full refund will be issued immediately.
